Ahmed Fikri Abdul Wahab, member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, stressed the need to provide short-term solutions to support youth ideas through three solutions which are to provide a good environmental system to create good job opportunities. Vocational training in Egypt suffers greatly due to the inability to find good employment. Caused the suffering of factories and the tendency of factory owners to import trained workers from abroad. He called for tackling this problem by providing the necessary training by governments and developing appropriate educational curricula for the working environment.
He added: "We suffer from the problem of youth unemployment in Egypt, and we look forward to creating opportunities through the Fourth Industrial Revolution, so Egypt must prepare for this revolution, and we need a road map for companies and employees to clarify the shape in the future."
He explained that the second solution is to strengthen relations and communication with SMEs to provide supply and cooperation between companies, which was done by the Federation of Industries through the launch of a program to develop the local.
He pointed out that the third solution was policy makers. He called on the government to review the wages of employees and that many government employees were abandoning their jobs because the government was unable to keep employees because of poor salaries.
